JAKARTA - PT Aayu Waras Sentosa (AWS) made a police report at the South Jakarta Metro Police after feeling cheated of up to Rp 34 billion related to the procurement of 300,000 antigen test kits at the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub).This report is registered with Number LP/B/210/I/2022/Polres Metro Jaksel/Polda Metro Jaya dated January 26, 2022.In this case, the reported case is Rosiana as the intermediary for the project provider and the Ministry of Transportation who is suspected of issuing a fake Work Order (SPK).Currently, the case has been advanced to the investigation stage.PT Aayu's lawyer, Grace Elisabeth said that this case began when her client was introduced to Rosiana in April 2020. She was the one who bridged her client's acquaintance with officials at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Transportation.In November 2020, Bambang Trianto as a victim was given a job related to the Rapid Test Antigen examination in the Planning Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Transportation by Rosiana.This project is in the form of Antigen Rapid Test Examination for 88 employees."The work is going well, and has been asked several times to return to carrying out work within the Planning Bureau," Grace told reporters, Saturday (1/10).After that, Rosiana asked Bambang to create a company so that it could accept a bigger project.Until finally PT AWS was established on December 16, 2020.
